Energy Musings. Here. Now.

Today!

The last full week of September brings some resolution to what has been a month of  change and adjustment.  As pieces being to fall into place for this season, notice where they have landed.  Notice what you were expecting and how things have turned out differently.   Without judgement or even analysis, just notice.

In this space of noticing the shifts that have naturally, rhythmically occurred, pay attention to you mis-placed attention.  Where were you “trying too hard”, forcing an issue or agenda?  Now, gently come in to a more unified alignment with your life, your work, your family, your relationships, your SELF.  To do this takes a bit of detached reflection and a lot of coming in to the present moment with acceptance and gratitude.

Make the time for this acknowledgement this week in some form.  A prayer?  A moment of silence?  A ceremony?  An outing?  A retreat?  It can be big or small, take hours or minutes.  It can be with a group or by yourself.  You get to decide the form it takes. This acknowledgement will help pave the way for the rooting that will be taking place over the next few months.

This is not a time to push stubbornly for something you think you “should” be doing .  Rather, its a time to appreciate what IS.  Take a deep breath, and let it go.  Remembering, theres a time and place for everything.

Energy Musings. Here. Now.

Today!

Nothing is unrelated.  So many lines of inter connection are present in all our daily work, play and interactions.   It can become overwhelming to try to take it all in. So, in order to  cope, we focus, order the information and move forward. This is helpful and necessary. But it can also lead us to forget the interconnectedness of it all and the multiple lenses that exist in collaboration with one another at any one moment, for any event.

Take a look around this week and be willing to see this  interconnectedness.  Anchoring in deeply to your own rootedness, feeling grounded and secure, notice what might seem like “coincidences” happening all around.  Are you willing to see these as not just coincidences, but important information that is necessary for your survival and thriving at this moment?  Not to brush them off or turn away or be dismissive or roll your eyes?

These coincidences, these happenings, can be on many levels.  Perhaps the animal world is offering you a mirror, a reflection?  Seeing or hearing a particular animal repeatedly this week or recently.  Perhaps its something you have been seeing as a mere annoyance (keep losing your keys recently? ).  Look to the hidden messages this week as they are coming up all around us.

They are here to guide us forward through the transition coming with the Equinox. To move us into a place of balance and equanimity.  Understanding how the logical, scientific, and analytical information works in union with the supernatural, energetic and sacred is critical.  Balance the Mind and the Spirit for this coming week and you will find yourself moving forward into this Fall with clearer discernment and awareness.

Energy Musings. Here. Now.

Today!

Theres no way any of us here, now, can write that date at the top of the page and not remember.  The question is, what comes up for you in the “remembering”?  I don’t mean, “where were you when…..”? I don’t mean to remember that particular moment in your life, or in our country’s history.  I mean:  whats happening on the inside of you, on a cellular, molecular level? What traumas still remain?  What wounds still need healing?  What do you feel and sense on the inside?  How deep are you willing to look?

As we tune into our subtle body, our subtle awareness, a level of information is released that often goes unnoticed for long periods (lifetimes?).  Its time to acknowledge those most subtle remnants, to honor and hear and heal them.  In a world where the loudest, boldest, biggest, brightest, newest, trendiest get all the attention, it becomes even more crucial to turn inward to plant our Intention  on the smallest, softest, quietest places within and among us.  Without this work, there will be no balance.  Without this work, there will be no equilibrium.  Without this work, there be no inner or outer peace.

In honoring & healing the collective and personal trauma of Sept 11, the invitation is to turn inward.  Listen, listen deeper still. Place you hand on your heart, your belly, your hips, your head…. listen to these places.

What is here for you?  What feelings emerge?  What thought patterns are triggered?  What physical sensations arise?  Give them your attention. Give them your intention.  Your intention to hear, heal, clear and pray.

Then with a deep long inhale, take it all in and then…. Let it go.
