Take the day Smoothly. Focussing on ease between transitions.
Start with your breath. Mindfully bring the inhale and exhale into a slow, steady, consistent rhythm. Find a flow, a pace, that works naturally for you. Relax the jaw, the muscles of the face, the tongue as you take your breath on this smoothe ride. Now close your eyes and imagine yourself moving through your day in this same manner. With consciousness and ease. A sort of relaxed consistency.
Pay attention to the space between the inhale and exhale. The connection this “empty” space brings. It is the bridge in your breath. Can you make that transition as seamless as possible? So that it becomes naturally a part of the whole motion of breathing making the inhale and exhale seem like one action instead of two separate ones? This is a big key to creating flow and ease in your life.
Play with your breath. Notice it. Focus on it gently. And bring this awareness into your day with grace.
