This week, starting today, commit to one new ritual/habit/action that will help you make a change you have long struggled with. Whether it is health related, relationship oriented, emotionally based or a physical change in your life, home or work.
Start with one small step and commit to it for this week. Set your intention around this change and do whatever you need to help remind you. Tell a friend? Write sticky notes? Put a daily reminder on your phone?
Push past the inertia, the sluggishness, the resistance in all its forms to make sure you are able to complete this commitment this week. Keep it small and manageable. Your aim is for total success. As you go on, get curious about the process. Notice what comes up for you. When are you most resistant? What REALLY gets in your way other than false perceptions?
In this way, as we are approaching the Spring Equinox, we learn about our patterns and how to create something New for ourselves so that we too can re-emerge, grow and blossom this Spring and always.
