TODAY. Ground. Find your solid, stable place and anchor in here. Do not make any decisions, moves, or changes until you know you are really really REALLY grounded. Do not allow distraction in the form of fear, worry, anxiety, excitement, business or monkey-mind to sway you from your solid grounded place.
Focus. Focus. Focus down into the earth through the soles of your feet. Focus out the tips of your fingers. Some people have to ground through the crown of their head. Whatever works for you to feel calm and stable, do it today. Maintain this grounded awareness as you move through your day with discernment. Be extra mindful of your internal state and its influence on your external environment. Headaches are common today from the external pressures around us all. If you can stay grounded, your headache will dissolve.
AS you ground yourself, breathe into this place. Remember it. Feel it. Be it.
